The coaching service offers personalized guidance for sales team members, focusing on individual growth and skill enhancement in sales. I work closely to identify techniques that best suit each person, tailoring our approach for maximum effectiveness.
Together, we'll engage in outreaches (setting up cold e-mails, performing cold calls, setting sequences via LinkedIn). Together we will do some customer visits, where I'll providing real-time feedback and strategies for improvement.
